will be strictly off limits to Rosehip for the purposes of any sales, rental or
marketing activity undertaken by Rosehip Partners. Management at Rosehip will only
access said accounts as a response to a help request or to report a technical problem
by the 3rd party agent to management of hamptonsproperties.com. When accessed, the
buyer control panels will be kept confidential and no information will be distributed,
or acted upon in the parties capacities as buyers or sellers of real estate.
These protections notwithstanding it is openly acknowledged that buyers of real
estate will sometimes register with web sites under different names, different email
addresses, in many different ways, and that there can be no 100% guarantee that
certain prospects, buyers or sellers will not register with more than one agent
within the hamptonsproperties.com interface including Rosehip agents as well as
3rd party agent who subscribe to the hamptonsproperties.com listing service.
Hamptonsproperties.com, together with our owners, officers, directors, employees,
representatives, affiliates, and providers, will not be responsible or liable for
any conflict between agents over rights to a buyer, a seller, a listing or any real
